EL TRIBUNAL CONSTITUCIONAL, POR PROVIDENCIA DE 20 DE JUNIO ACTUAL, HA ADMITIDO A TRAMITE LA CUESTION DE INCONSTITUCIONALIDAD NUMERO 1062/1988, PROMOVIDA POR LA SALA DE LO CONTENCIOSO-ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA AUDIENCIA TERRITORIAL DE VALENCIA, POR SUPUESTA INCONSTITUCIONALIDAD DEL ARTICULO 4 DEL REAL DECRETO-LEY 15/1978, DE 7 DE JUNIO, SOBRE APLICACION DE LOS IMPUESTOS SOBRE SOLARES E INCREMENTO DEL VALOR DE LOS TERRENOS Y DOTACION DE LOS PRESUPUESTOS ESPECIALES DE URBANISMO EN 1978, POR PODER SER CONTRARIO A LOS ARTICULOS 31.1, 31.3, 133, 140 Y 142 DE LA CONSTITUCION.
