En el anexo II del Reglamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 figura la lista de los participantes en el sistema de certificación del proceso de Kimberley (PK) y de sus respectivas autoridades competentes.

Sobre la base de la información proporcionada por la Presidencia del sistema de certificación del PK o por los participantes, la Comisión podrá modificar la lista de participantes y sus autoridades competentes.

(3)

El PK tomó nota de la solicitud de adhesión de Uzbekistán y, tras una misión de expertos, concluyó que cumple los requisitos mínimos del sistema de certificación.

(4)

El Pleno del proceso de Kimberley aprobó la inclusión de Uzbekistán en la lista de participantes en dicho proceso en su reunión celebrada en Dubái en noviembre de 2024.

(5)

Procede, por tanto, modificar el anexo II del Reglamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 en consecuencia.
